The Candidate Pipeline is where you manage all applicants after a role is launched. It helps you filter, prioritize, and take actions on candidates efficiently.
π Pipeline Tabs
Invited β candidates who received an invitation but havenβt completed the full assessment yet.
Sourced β This tab tracks candidates who have been sourced externally. It includes candidates with statuses like Engaged, On Hold, and Recruiter Rejected. To help you focus, only Strong and Outstanding candidates are visible by default, along with any unscored candidates. Once a sourced candidate reaches an 'exit' status (e.g., On Hold, Recruiter Rejected), they are automatically moved out of this tab and into the appropriate main pipeline tab for further management.
All β Shows all candidates who completed Mokka assessment or whose invitation expired.
New β Newly arrived candidates who havenβt been reviewed yet.
Shortlisted / Recruiter Rejected / Auto-Rejected / On Hold β Candidates moved into these categories during review.
π Candidate Statuses
Mokka uses a small set of core statuses:
New β Freshly added from ATS, not yet reviewed.
Engaged β Candidate has interacted with the application or recruiter, indicating active interest.
On Hold β Candidate's application is temporarily paused for later review or consideration.
Shortlisted β Marked as a strong fit.
Recruiter Rejected β Manually rejected.
Auto-rejected β Automatically rejected when choosing answer with auto-rejection rules. These candidates do not proceed to full Mokka assessment and appear in a dedicated dismissed section.
π Filters & Search
Search Bar β Quickly find a candidate by name or email.
Filters β Narrow results by:
β’ Score bands (Outstanding, Strong, Average, Low)
β’ Assessment type (Full, CV Only, Partial)
β’ Flags (e.g., integrity checks)
β’ Application questions (filter by candidate responses)
β’ Past roles score (enabled by adding the column in the view)
π· Candidate Tags
CV Only β Candidate has been scored from CV only, their invitation expired.
Partial β Candidate started but didnβt finish the assessment.
Invited β Candidate invited to complete the assessment.
Full β Candidate completed all required steps.
Updated β Candidate provided additional information / completed addition interviews steps and their profile has been updated with new data.
Rescored β Candidate profile has been rescored by the user.
Rescoring β Candidate profile is currently being rescored (usually takes less than a minute).
Tags appear directly in the pipeline to make candidate progress instantly clear.

Use the New tab to review the latest candidates.
Apply score filters to focus on top matches first.
Use flags as a signal to review carefully, not an automatic rejection.
