Welcome to Mokka. "Mokka," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Mokka Labs Ltd. and its affiliates. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Mokka's AI talent assessment services. By creating a Mokka account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Using Our Services
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal working age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use our service.
- Account Registration: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.
- User Responsibilities: You agree not to impersonate others, post defamatory or fraudulent information, or use the service in any way that disrupts others' use or the security of the service.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The content, features, functionality, and design elements of this service are and will remain the exclusive property of Mokka Labs Ltd. and its licensors.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the service:
- For any unlawful purpose or in violation of national or international laws.
- To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors.
- To interfere with security, gain unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent activities.
5. Content You Provide
By submitting content, you grant Mokka a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely to provide and improve the service. You agree to indemnify Mokka from any claims related to your content.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our service, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or other valid reasons. Upon termination, any rights granted to you will cease, but provisions regarding liability and governing law remain in effect.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mokka and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In jurisdictions not allowing these limitations, liability is capped at the minimum amount required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
