Mokka Labs Ltd. and its affiliates provide AI talent assessment services. By establishing an account or accessing these services, users consent to these outlined terms.

Using Our Services

Eligibility Requirements:

• Users must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal working age in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater

Account Management:

• Users bear responsibility for maintaining confidential account information
• Users must promptly notify the company of any unauthorized access or activity

User Conduct Restrictions:

• Impersonating others is prohibited
• Posting defamatory or fraudulent content is forbidden
• Disrupting service security or other users' access is not permitted

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, and design elements remain the exclusive property of Mokka Labs Ltd. and its licensors.

Prohibited Uses

Service use for the following purposes is strictly forbidden:

• Unlawful activities or violations of national/international laws
• Exploiting or harming minors
• Interfering with security, gaining unauthorized access, or committing fraud

Content Submission

Users grant Mokka a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute submitted content exclusively for service provision and improvement. Users agree to indemnify the company against claims arising from their content.

Termination

The company may terminate or suspend service access without advance notice for term violations or other valid reasons. Upon termination, granted rights cease, though liability and governing law provisions persist.

Disclaimer

Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." The company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum legally permitted extent, including merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, and non-infringement warranties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest legally permitted extent, Mokka and its affiliates bear no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In jurisdictions prohibiting such limitations, liability is capped at the legally required minimum.

Governing Law

These Terms follow Republic of Cyprus law without regard to conflict provisions. Disputes arising from these Terms fall under exclusive Cyprus court jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

Mokka reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued service use following changes constitutes acceptance.

Data Protection Compliance

Service use is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The company complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR for EEA users.
