Sync – Mokka will automatically:
• Pull job descriptions and role details
• Enable screening configuration setup
• Sync candidate applications
• Push candidate status updates back to the ATS
Setup takes less than an hour, though full data propagation may take additional time.

Job Sync – Roles automatically appear in Mokka from your ATS.
Screening Configuration – Use job data to build responsibilities, requirements, and goals.
Candidate Invitations – Auto-send Mokka invitations when new candidates apply in the ATS.
Bi-Directional Status Updates – Shortlist, Reject, and Auto-reject decisions sync back, including for candidates already disqualified in your ATS.
Seamless Navigation – Candidate profiles and scoring data link between the ATS and Mokka. Sync activates once the ATS integration is fully set up for the role.
