How to use pipeline tabs, filters, and search to manage candidates

The Roles Dashboard is your control center for managing hiring roles in Mokka. Here you decide which roles are ready to launch, which are active, and which are completed.

πŸ”Ž What You’ll See on the Dashboard

Role Name – Pulled directly from your ATS once connected.

Mokka Status – Indicates the current state of the role in Mokka:

β€’ Not Launched (no screening config) – Role created but not configured yet.

β€’ Ready to Launch – Screening configuration is set up but the role has not been launched.

β€’ Active – Role launched and candidates are being screened. This reflects the role's live status.

β€’ Completed – Screening process finished.

Actions (buttons shown per role)

Find Top Talent – If no screening config exists. Opens setup to define stages and launch.

Edit – If screening config is created but role isn’t launched. Lets you review config and launch.

See Talent – If role is launched. Opens the candidate pipeline for that role.

Generate Application Link – Generate a short, branded application link for the role. These links are idempotent, meaning generating a link multiple times will produce the same unique URL.

Search Bar – Search roles by job title.

Filters – Filter by Mokka Status.

Refresh List – Refreshes the role list and candidate updates from your ATS. If a role doesn’t appear, try clicking Refresh List.
