Agency model path (no integration needed)

If procurement and INFOSEC will take time, Mokka can run in agency mode with zero integration. You share the reqs, Mokka handles sourcing + screening + pre-interviews, and you only pay on placement at ~half standard agency rates. A clean way to prove value before touching Avature.

Step 1

Max sets up a sandbox environment for you and Rob to explore firsthand — no Avature integration needed. Then a live walkthrough tailored to Synopsys workflows when Rob is back from vacation.

Step 2

Trial on live roles

Start in agency mode on 2-3 live Synopsys reqs — no INFOSEC cycle required. Evaluate screening quality, pre-interview signal, and fraud detection against agreed success criteria.

Step 3
