Agency model path (no integration needed)
If procurement and INFOSEC will take time, Mokka can run in agency mode with zero integration. You share the reqs, Mokka handles sourcing + screening + pre-interviews, and you only pay on placement at ~half standard agency rates. A clean way to prove value before touching Avature.

Trial on live roles
Start in agency mode on 2-3 live Synopsys reqs — no INFOSEC cycle required. Evaluate screening quality, pre-interview signal, and fraud detection against agreed success criteria.
Full Avature integration
Once results are proven and legal review is cleared, move to full Avature integration with team-wide rollout and ongoing optimization.
